Freedom Point update - adding to the Pack!

It's been a while.  We were busy catching up after all of the pups were delivered to their new furever homes.  We were excited to meet all the new families and now have Griffamilies in Jacksonville, Lakeland and Tallahassee, FL, Blufftown & Charleston, SC, Wilmington, NC, and at Eglin AFB!

Sadie enjoyed a month of R & R and was back to her Princess of the Pack status!  Sydney & the big yellow dog are just as jealous as ever!

Of course, we like adventure around here, so this weekend Mama flew to Ohio to pick up a new little bundle of poo..  oh, I mean JOY!  Mama will be sharing some of her tips for flying with a puppy soon!  In the meantime, feel free to ooohhh and ahhhh over this little cutie!

5 week Update from Sadie Mae!

Wow!  What have I done?  Daddy says I'm a good girl!  Mama says I'm a mess... All I know is that my world has been rocked over the last 5 weeks!

Did you know I had these babies?  7 of them!  Mama says that's old news and that we've been a huge hit on Facebook!

My babies are getting big and starting to eat their own food. I'm not sure what it means, but I heard daddy say they all have new homes to go to in about 3 weeks.  He says 4 are staying in Florida and 3 are going 'up north' to South Carolina, North Carolina and Connecticut.  Mama says that means she gets to go on a road trip!  Some of my babies have names too.  Daddy has a hard time remembering them but Mama seems to have it figured out.  She's going to post some more pictures this week, so be sure to come back and take a look!

Ok, gotta go, I think I hear Daddy coming to take me for a ride!

Our Owners

We live in Starke, FL with our people Jason & Amy Polk.

Jason has recently retired from breeding, training and caring for bloodhounds for Florida Department of Corrections for over 25 years and we have been dog owners all of our lives! Now that he's retired, he spends a lot of time fishing and works part-time at Bass Pro.

Amy a virtual school teacher and network marketing professional.

They spend a lot of time chasing their little humans - 8 grandchildren - and are super excited to be in the process of building a new home and a new kennel!

About Us

Medium sized and bred to cover all terrain encountered by the walking hunter, the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon has been called the "4-wheel drive of hunting dogs" as he will enter briars or underbrush without hesitation. Griffs excel equally as pointers in the field and as retrievers in the water. Their coarse double coat protects them in rough cover and gives them an unkempt appearance. It can be a variety of colors, most often steel gray with brown markings.
